Syllabi

The following course syllabi are sequential in establishing a lean culture. All managers need to be informed at the start as to what lean delivers. If the management team is not in concert, especially the CEO and COO, then cultural change towards lean (continuous improvement in all aspects of the company) will not be achieved. This process starts from the ground up. That means CEO to the top soil (the workers) and like grass, weeds need to be pulled, bugs need to die, and proper fertilization of the grass roots will create a beautiful environment that will improve quality, increase productivity, guardian safety, and profit the organization.

Course Syllabi

This process is something that is not accomplished within weeks. In fact, to be a true lean practitioner, like Toyota, it has taken them over 50 years to perfect a structured system of continuous improvement. I have structured training and a timeline that develops the cultural change process over a 5 year period of time. If you are interested and you are committed to deploying the most successful cultural change process in history (Kaizen) then please contact me.
